Step 1:  Create an online account (for new players)

1. Go to the MY Sam link     Click here...

2. If you are new to MySam, go to item #2 under "New Customer Registration"

3. Enter in an email address you want associated with your family account

4. Click Sign Up...

5. You will be taken to the "Customer Account Page"

6. Fill out form completely. Add ALL of your children at this time, even if they will not be registering for a soccer team. 

7. Make a note of your new password.

8. You will receive a confirmation email. 

9. Click the link within the email to confirm your registration...

10. You are all finished and ready for "Step 2"  below...

Step 1:  retrieving your account ( Existing members)

1. Go to the MY Sam link     Click here...

2. Go to "Forgot your password or login?" under Login Issues and click on it...

3. Enter in an email address associated with your family account

4. Enter the characters in the image requested box..

5. Click on "Email password"...

6. You will receive an email with new password. 

7. You are all finished and ready for "Step 2"  below...

Note: Existing members have already their information in the system.

 Step 2: Register for Sockers 2010 Tryouts 

1. Log in to MySAM (using your email and new password) Click here...

2. Click REGISTER on the left pane menu

3. Click JOIN A TEAM button. Select the person to register...

4. From "Season" Drop box select New Player Tryout or Existing Member Tryout...

5. Tryout for your son / daughter are eligible for will show under "Results found" as REGISTER link.

6. Choose either New Player link or Existing Member link whichever applies to you...

7. Click Register and follow the instructions on the form...

8. For additional kids you can click the REGISTER link again on the left menu and repeat the process. 

9. If you are paying For New Player's tryout fees by cash or check you need to come to our office or call to arrange the payment.
