Go to the "MY Sam" link log in box  Click here...

Log into the system using your user ID and Password already given to you...

Under " Teams, Classes and Rosters" click on the child you are trying to register...

"In the blue box" click "Join A Team"...

Please select the person to register...

In the "Results found" section , under Team/Class, click "Register" for Tuition Dues.

You will have 2 options: Select either Full Payment or minimum Deposit...
Note: Full Payment incentive 2 - free additional programs throughout the Winter Seasons.
 

Check the allergy box and click "Continue"...

To complete registration online input your Credit Card info and process the payment.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED.                                                                                             Note: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

• In order to pay by Cash or Check you can either mail a check or come to the office to complete your registration. Send payments to:

- US club Registration...

- copy of insurance card
- copy of birth certificate (if you are new to the Club)
