Check if
the time slot you're looking for is open in the web-book.

Try not to
schedule too many games in the same time slot of different
fields. Reason: We need
more referees to cover it so quality of referees may be
compromised.

Follow
time slots as displayed in the web-book. Don't change it.

All fields
time slots for Saturday and Sunday's game are:
9:00-10:30-12:00-1:30-3:00-4:30pm-6:00pm

Send a
detailed email about the game change to Batata so he can add
your schedule to the web-book. Send original date and time and
the new rescheduled date and time.

Check the
web periodically to see if your change has been inserted.

Referee's
Assignor will follow the web-book to assign referees.

Don't call
the assignor unless is a last minute change or cancellation.

Always
notify Batata about any change even the last minute ones.

Last
minute means less than 4 days before scheduled game.

Web-book
will be our daily calendar of activities so use it as needed.

fields maps will be also available in our web site soon.
